TOMBALL FIRE DEPARTMENT

TOMBALL, TEXAS

The Tomball Fire Department provides fire suppression and emergency rescue services to the ten (10) square miles within the city limits of Tomball as well as the approximately twenty-five (25) square miles in its county response district. Through the implementation of the Department's strategic planning, the department has earned an ISO Class 1 in the city and a ISO Class 2 in the entire rural area. 

• The best rural water supply grade in the U. S. 

• Third Vol. fire department  in the nation to earn a Class 1. 

• The best ISO combination city/county grades in the nation --1 / 2

• The highest ISO score for a Vol. fire department in the nation -- 95.27

• The largest class improvement in rural water supply in ISO history -- 9/10 to a 2.

• Only ISO  Class 1 Vol. fire department in Texas.

• NOTE:  New rates go into effect on July 1, 2003
